| Rule | What it does |
|---|---|
| Auto Share | Automatically shares new posts to selected channels. |
| Auto Recycle | Re-queues your best evergreen posts on a schedule you set. |
| Auto Delete | Removes time-sensitive posts after they expire. |
| Auto Comment | Posts a first comment automatically — great for hashtags. |
| Auto Notify | Alerts your team when key events happen. |
Scope: per account or per post
Apply a rule to an entire social account, or attach it to a single post for one-off behavior. Account-level rules keep working for everything you publish; post-level rules give you surgical control — e.g., auto-delete only the flash-sale announcement.
Creating a rule
- Open Automations from the main navigation.
- Choose a rule type and give it a clear name.
- Set the scope — account or specific posts.
- Configure the trigger and action, then turn it on.
Starter playbook
- Auto Recycle your top 10 evergreen posts — the fastest way to fill a quiet calendar.
- Auto Comment with hashtags to keep captions clean.
- Auto Delete for stories-style promos with an expiry date.
- Auto Notify the team when a post goes live for coordinated engagement.
Tip: Review automation activity monthly. Rules should save time, not surprise you — pause anything you don't recognize.
FAQ
Can automations post without my review?
Yes — that's the point. But every automated action is logged, and you can pause any rule instantly.
Do recycled posts look like duplicates?
iPlanr spaces recycles apart and you can set minimum intervals, so feeds stay fresh.
