When to use multiple workspaces

Agencies	One workspace per client — separate channels, members and billing.
Brands	Separate workspaces per product line or region.
Teams	Isolate departments while admins keep oversight.

Creating a workspace

Click your workspace name in the top-left corner.
Choose Create workspace.
Name it and invite the right members with the right roles.
Connect that workspace's own channels.

What stays separate

Channels, media libraries, analytics, automations and billing are all per-workspace — nothing leaks between clients. Members can belong to multiple workspaces with different roles in each.

FAQ

Can I move a channel between workspaces?

Disconnect it from one workspace and connect it in the other. Scheduled posts don't transfer — recreate them.

Do workspaces share the media library?

No — each workspace has its own, so client assets never mix.
